Mongoose Cadence is 100% cloud-based and built with the latest security standards and practices applied. It is also built to move with you, as you do not need to install any hardware or software to access and utilize Cadence. 

Whether you work remotely often or on occasion, this should give you the peace of mind to log in and continue texting even when life has you on-the-go and away from your desk. Simply put, access to Cadence is available and secure even if your physical work environment has changed.

All of Cadence’s hosted services and applications have redundancy both within their primary region and across multiple regions.

What does this mean for you? It means we can ensure uptime and continue to provide you with access to the platform in the event that one of the many servers is inaccessible.

We take data security extremely seriously, and your organization’s data--as well as your access to that data--is protected within our security framework when you use Cadence.

Additionally, our database and application is stored across multiple regions in the unlikely need for disaster recovery.

Accessing Cadence

As a reminder, you can access Cadence using the following steps:

1. Navigate to sms.mongooseresearch.com in your preferred web browser (note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported).

2. Enter in your email address.

3. If your school has single sign-on (SSO) configured, you will be redirected to your institution's identity provider page to enter in your institution-issued credentials. If you do not have SSO, you will be asked to enter in your Cadence account password.

Remember that in addition to web access, we also have a free mobile app available to all Cadence users. Download the app for Android or Apple devices and stay connected to your contacts no matter where you are.
