Opt Out Preference Changes
We have enhanced our interface to better manage opt outs in specific departments.
Features:
- Manage opt out preferences per department within Cadence.
- Department-specific opt out status will be displayed for all departments that both you and the student are in.
- Opt outs can be managed from the conversation view, student search, or compose pages.
- We have updated our API to enhance flexibility by having opt out status controlled at organizational level or by department.
