Mongoose Update: Naming our Texting Platform

We're naming our texting platform!

We’ve decided to name our texting platform and wanted our clients to be the first to know. Up until now people simply referred to the texting platform as ‘Mongoose.’ Starting next month, our texting platform will be called Cadence and our company will (still) be called Mongoose.

You will soon see this update to our visual identity:

That’s it. We assumed some of you would notice the change and might have some questions.  

1. Why did we name the product?

We wanted to differentiate our company brand, Mongoose, from our texting platform’s brand.

2. Why did we pick the name ‘Cadence’?

We really liked it.

3. Does anything else change?

Nope, that’s it. Same company, same people, same everything – we just gave our product a name.

Next month, we will be launching a new website. The new site is designed to better provide you with industry insights, case studies, and best practices; all focused on one goal – helping you to continue to improve how you communicate with your students.

When the new site is live, I will send you another email so you can check it out. Meanwhile, keep being the rockstar that you are.
