Can I tell if a recipient read or opened my text message?

There is no currently available native technology for tracking SMS open rates or whether or not a message you sent out was actually read by the recipient. The medium and type of messaging itself does not offer this as an option.

We do track whether or not a message has been delivered along with the delivery rate, but that does not necessarily equate to the message being read.
