Clicking on Not delivered will show details on the delivery issue. Typically, delivery issues are related to invalid/disconnected mobile numbers or a landline number listed as a mobile number on a student's record.
Note: To reduce and avoid the occurrence of delivery errors, you can enable the Phone Number Validation service.

|30003||Mobile handset is powered off or otherwise unavailable.|
|30004||Destination number is blocked from message receipt - possible blacklisting.|
|30005||Destination number is unknown and may not exist.|
|30006||Destination number is unreachable. It's likely this number is for a landline or unknown carrier.|
|30007||Message content was flagged as a carrier violation. Please contact support.|
|30008||An unknown delivery error has occurred. It is possible this number is for a landline or unknown carrier.|
