Release Notes-Analytics

Our new Analytics feature will serve as the hub for understanding Cadence product usage at an individual, team, and organizational level. Users and Administrators will now be able to effortlessly surface high-level metrics and have the opportunity to drill down further into their data for additional comparison and analysis. The Analytics feature will provide a comprehensive look into product adoption and will become a key resource in helping to inform conversations on the importance of text messaging as a medium as well as ROI.

Key features include:

  • Top level usage metrics showing key data points
  • Responsive chart to visually display text message activity
  • Date range and team filters to customize the data
  • Ability to compare and sort usage data based on teams, users, inboxes, and campaigns (note that access to this data is based on the user’s teams and permission level)
