Release Notes - 12/21/2016: Introducing Account Caretaker, User Management Update

Account Caretaker

We have added a function that allows Admin users to assign any user in the department as an account caretaker for a non-Admin user. An account caretaker is able to send and receive text messages on behalf of the other user and essentially acts as that person.


Features:

  • Multiple non-Admin user accounts can now be managed by another user.
  • Seamlessly transition between personal Cadence account and the account of the user being managed.
  • The account caretaker can perform all functions for the managed account, including sending/receiving texts.
  • Admin users can toggle caretaker assignments on and off.
  • Notification emails alert all involved users to changes in caretaker assignments and management.
  • The Users page has been updated to condense user management into a drop-down menu and display last sign in date.
