Messages Overview
Text message information can be sent from Cadence to Connect and populate inside the Communications Log. To configure this setting, navigate to the Messages page and click the toggle next to Populate Log With Message Activity.
Cadence can also update Connect if a text message delivery issue occurs. This setting can be configured by clicking the toggle next to Update Contact When Delivery Error Occurs, specifying the contact field associated with contact errors, and determining the value Cadence should pass over.
