Why am I seeing "0 Recipients" when I know I've selected contacts?
If you are seeing "0 Recipients" on the confirm page, you have selected contacts and/or a segment that has contacts that are not currently assigned to you or your school does not use the "StaffId/UserId" field.
How do I fix this so I can send a message?
When composing a message, there is a feature called Send to my assigned contacts only. This allows any user to send a message to only contacts who are assigned to them from any shared segment or contact list. If the "StaffId"/"UserID" field isn't imported for your school, uncheck this option in order to send a text to contacts.To learn more about Send to my assigned contacts only, click here.
