Managing Email and Mobile Notifications for Incoming Text Messages
If you are a member of a Shared Inbox, you will have a Notifications page available in your profile. This page provides you the ability to manage and customize which accounts you would (or would not) like to receive email notifications for when an incoming text message is received.
To manage your incoming message notifications, navigate to your profile in the upper right corner and click [Profile].
Click Notifications to select (or unselect) the account(s) you would like to receive email and/or mobile notifications for. Once selected, click [Update].
Unchecking the email or mobile notification box will disable emails for all incoming text messages on the account.
- Checking the email notification box will enable emails when text messages are received by the account.
Note: The email will specify which group account has been messaged.
