Release Notes - 9/10/2018: Bulk Actions, Message Search, and Workflow Enhancements

Bulk Actions
Work more efficiently by taking action on multiple conversations at the same time.
In your Inbox, click the checkbox next to the conversation(s) and choose from the following options:
- Archive
- Mark as Read
- Mark as Unread
- Reply
- Opt-out
Note: Bulk actions are also available in the Archived area. Options include Move to Inbox, Reply, and Opt-Out.
Conversation Search
Finding past conversations has never been easier. Search your conversation history by full name, first name, last name, student ID, or mobile number.
Outgoing Activity
You can now monitor messages that you are currently sending out. If sending to a segment, you can keep track of its progress.
Click the "airplane" icon to see message specifics and view sending progress.
Messages Workflow Enhancements
- On the web app, we have added an "Unread" filter to your Inbox so you can easily identify any unread messages in your list.
- We have re-organized the Messages section to include three separate areas:
- Inbox: Shows new incoming messages or unarchived conversations
- Sent: This area tracks all of your outgoing texting activity
- Archived: Shows conversations you have replied to or archived from your Inbox
