Sent Message Details

In order to help all users better understand their outgoing message activity, we've added a deeper look into the results of sent messages and their impact.

Sent message details provide the following:

  • Ability to see a list of all recipients you sent a specific message to
  • Ability to search the list of recipients
  • Ability to filter the list of recipients to isolate delivered/undelivered as well as students who replied/did not reply
  • Option to export the full recipient list or any of the filtered recipient lists
  • Stats on delivery/reply rate
  • Stats on number of recipients, number of recipients that replied, and number of messages not delivered
  • Basic details such as sender/recipients and composed/finished sending times
