Sign Into Cadence

Sign In Process 

1. Navigate to sms.mongooseresearch.com.

2. Enter in your email address.

3. If your school has single sign-on (SSO) configured, you will be redirected to your institution's identity provider page to enter in your institution-issued credentials. If you do not have SSO, you will be asked to enter in your Cadence account password.


Resolving Sign In Issues

If you are not able to sign in, please review the section below corresponding to your sign in method.

If using school-managed credentials (SSO):

  • Contact your campus technology team to confirm that you are entering in the right credentials.
  • After verifying with your technology team, contact Mongoose Support (support@hellomongoose.com) to verify that a Cadence account exists for you.

If using Cadence-managed credentials:

  • Confirm that a Cadence account has been created for you (this may require you to reach out to the colleague(s) who told you about Cadence).
  • Ensure that the email address you are using is the one associated with your Cadence account.
  • If you are still unable to log in, utilize the Forgot Password link at sms.mongooseresearch.com.
