Reporting Dashboard
Every user (users, admins, and owners) will now see a reporting dashboard after logging into the platform. Information on texting behavior, message activity, and reply information will be displayed and updated in near real-time.
- Every user can see their own message activity.
- Day, week, and month filters are available.
- If you're an admin or owner, you can filter the dashboard to see message activity for the entire department.
- If you're in a group account, you can filter the dashboard to see all message activity for the group account.
- If you're a user in multiple departments, switch departments to view a report of your activity within each department (i.e., the dashboard is department specific).
The reporting dashboard also allows you to track the most active campaigns. You can filter this information by one day, one week, or one month using the filtering options.
You can now navigate to the new Dashboard page from any other page in the platform. It is located in the main navigation on the left hand side.
