Scheduled Messages

We have released our Scheduled Messages feature which overhauls our previous scheduling functionality, offering a more robust set of tools to help your team plan future texting outreach and provide visibility into upcoming outgoing messages.

Our re-imagined scheduling feature includes several functions to ensure your team will have the ability to take a proactive approach to planning, including:

  • Calendar and list view of upcoming scheduled messages, visible to all users in your team
  • Filtering options to view only your own upcoming scheduled messages or those specific to a shared inbox
  • Ability to edit scheduled messages, including changing the content of the message, intended recipient(s), and scheduled date/time
  • Ability to schedule messages as far as 12 calendar months into the future; previously, messages could only be scheduled within a six-week window
  • View a list of the specific recipients scheduled to receive a message
  • Historical logging of previously sent scheduled messages is now visible across the team
