Release Notes - Auto Reply
The Auto Reply feature can be configured for any inbox to identify keywords and send a pre-configured auto reply message to any incoming message that matches. When an incoming keyword is matched and received, an automatic reply will be sent to the contact.
Auto Reply can be enabled at the team level for personal inboxes, shared inboxes, and High Speed inboxes. Users can create and customize keywords and enable the Auto Reply feature for their own personal inbox, while Admins have the ability to customize and enable auto replies for shared inboxes and High Speed inboxes.
You can also choose to automatically apply a tag. A tag allows you to identify any contacts who have sent an incoming message using a keyword and create a segment for future follow up.
