Why can't I find a contact in Cadence?
Admin users are responsible for importing contact data into Cadence. If you are unable to find a contact, please contact your team's Admin.
Reasons why you may not be able to find a contact in Cadence:
- The contact may not be imported into Cadence.
- The contact may be imported into Cadence, but missing information (e.g., missing the correct first/last name).
- The contact may be imported into another team in Cadence (each team has its own set of contacts).
