Find User ID in Radius

Overview

Mongoose loads the user's Radius Entity ID into the system to match user accounts between Mongoose and Radius. If you are including User ID on the contact records you are importing into Mongoose from Radius, you will also need to make sure that the correct User IDs are included on your Mongoose user accounts.

Locating the ID in Radius

To find the Radius Entity ID for a specific user:

1.Click on Setup in the upper right hand corner of your "Home" screen in Radius.

2. Under "Users & Permissions", click on Users.

3. Click on a specific user to view the user's record, then hold down the "control" key ("command" key on Mac) and click on "User" in the title bar.

4. The Radius Entity ID will be displayed.
