Group Account Sending Speed Enhancement

We have updated group accounts to allow for faster sending speeds and a better user experience. Use an existing group account or create a new one in order to reach more students, more quickly.

Note: If you have an existing group account and you are an Admin/Owner, you will be prompted to add five additional phone numbers to the account when you log in.

FTP Integration

FTP Integration has been added as an option for automating data flow (imports/exports). Specifically, this type of integration may be beneficial for departments that are currently importing data manually.

Key details:

- Automated data imports/exports can be set to run up to four times per day.

- Simple field mapping screens provided in product to configure imports/exports.

- SFTP and FTPS are the supported methods.

- The FTP server must be hosted by the campus; Cadence acts as the client and does not host the server.

Note: Cadence Admin or Owner access is required to configure the integration screens in the platform. Integration is enabled per department in Cadence; contact your Client Success Lead to have FTP enabled.
