AI Suggested Replies - Text Messages

Overview

AI Suggested Reply uses the existing conversation with a contact to help provide users with a suggested response. The AI Suggested Replies will look at the last 48 hours of conversation history with the contact to help users with a pre-crafted response that can be edited before sending. Users can decide if they want the reply to include emoji's and/or select length preferences in the AI suggested reply feature to generate appropriate response messages.

Using AI Suggested Replies

AI Suggested Replies is currently only available within the conversation view with a contact. 

When replying to a message, click the purple diamonds icon near your reply text box. 

The AI Suggested Reply will pop up and suggest a response based on the last 48 hours of conversation with the contact. To choose a different variation of the message, click the refresh icon for a new generated response.

When you find a message you would like to use, click "Insert Into Reply" and the response will fill into the reply message. The message can be edited before clicking SEND.

Customize your suggested reply settings

AI Suggested Replies can also  be customized to determine the length/tone of reply you are looking to send. 

By default, "Standard Reply" is selected. The settings button allows you to customize your response to reflect your tone when texting whether you want that to be a brief reply, a standard reply or a more detailed reply. You can also select to include emoji's in the generated reply.

As noted above, once you've selected a generated response you like, click "Insert Into Reply". You can proofread and edit before sending.

Additional Considerations

• The AI Suggested Reply feature will read all the messages from the conversation in the past 48 hours to generate a response. 
• AI Assistants make mistakes: proof read your response before sending.
• You can edit your AI reply after selecting the generated response and before clicking SEND.
• Your preferences can be updated anytime and will be saved for the next time you use AI suggested replies.
