Radius Integration - Fields Page
Overview
In order to successfully import data from one of the fields on the contact record in Radius, the field must also be configured in Cadence. The purpose of configuring fields in Cadence is to specify how the fields should be named in the platform and to set permissions.
Adding a Field
Click [ Add Field] in order to specify a field that will be imported into Cadence from the contact record in Radius. You can give it the same name as it has in Radius or specify a different name.
- Checking Required will ensure that the field must be included in every import (the field itself must be present, but it does not have to contain a value).
- Checking Mergeable will make the field available to be merged into a text message by users in the team.
- Checking the Visible to Users box will determine whether or not the data will be visible to non-Admin users.
Managing Fields
After fields have been created, you can change permission, re-name, or delete the fields from the Fields page.
Note: Fields must be configured before setting up the Contact Import page.
