Can I change a contact's user assignment in Cadence?
Cadence user assignments can only be added or changed via the import process; user assignment cannot be changed when viewing the contact's record in Cadence.
The data in Cadence takes cue from your system of record when it comes to user assignment. We do not want the user assignment in Cadence to be potentially different than what is on the contact's official record, or leave it open to be altered by different users in the platform.
Note that user assignments can be updated (and removed completely if desired) at any time, regardless of whether or not they already have a texting history with an individual user or shared inbox.
