What order do my columns/fields need to be in when importing data into Cadence?

Columns/fields can be in any order. 

There are a couple of considerations to keep in mind:

  • If you have configured custom fields as "required" for your imports, please continue to supply those fields. If previously-provided fields are no longer included, and the fields are not set to "required", they will be overwritten/removed in Cadence. To learn more about fields, click  here.
  • When you initiate an import, new contacts will be added and existing contacts will be updated (never duplicated or deleted).
  • You can remove user assignments via import by importing a blank value in the "StaffId" column.
