Can I view my import history?

Import history for your team can be found by navigating to "Team Name" > Data Management 

Note: Import history will only display on this page for manual data imports. For schools using Radius or Connect, import history is shown under the configuration area in Cadence.

The 50 most-recent imports (or last 15 days) will be displayed, showing who initiated the import, the status, the date started/completed, and the results. The numbers in the Total/Success/Error columns are hyperlinked and will generate a file for you to view.

"Total" shows the original import file. This includes all contacts who were included in the import.

"Success" shows you the contact records that were successfully imported.

"Error" shows you any contact records that caused errors and also shows what the errors were for each contact.

Note: Any errors must be corrected in order to have the contact record imported/updated.
