Release Notes - 10/1/2017: Introducing Campaigns, Reporting Updates, Automation for Radius Integration

This release includes the following:

  • The introduction of Campaigns functionality
  • Consolidated Reporting
  • Communication Plan Automation for Radius Integration

Campaigns

Campaigns allow you to track and report on activity related to a particular group of text messages.

All users (owners, administrators, non-admins) have the ability to:

  • Create campaigns
  • Share their campaigns with others
  • View campaign reporting (for campaigns to which they have access)

Consolidated Reporting

All current reports and exports have been centralized under a new "Reports" section.

Administrators & Owners have access to all reports and exports:

Non-admin users will only see campaign reporting:

Communication Plan Automation (for Radius CRM integration)

For campuses using our Radius CRM integration, we've added support for automating text messages from Cadence based on cases created by communication plans.
